Passionate about bringing the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine to the world, I am Manpreet Sekhon, also known as the Curry Queen. With a rich culinary background rooted in traditional Indian cooking techniques passed down through generations, I have embarked on a journey to share my love for food with others.
As the proud owner and executive chef of three renowned Indian restaurants: Eastern Spice in Geelong, Masti in Fitzroy, and Elchi in Melbourne, I oversee every aspect of the dining experience, ensuring that each dish reflects the authentic taste and spirit of India. From curating the menu to training the kitchen staff, I am dedicated to delivering an unparalleled culinary journey for our guests.
Beyond the kitchen, I am committed to promoting cultural exchange and fostering a deeper appreciation for Indian cuisine. Through cooking workshops, food demonstrations, and community events, I aim to educate and inspire others to explore the diverse and dynamic world of Indian cooking.
